Update...

1. Sadie had her appointment with the cardiologist on Friday. We haven't seen him for 9 months. For some reason, Sadie gets so full of herself at his office. I don't know if it is nervous energy or what. Got a good report. He hinted that her EKG actually looked better than the one from the last visit. The valve is still leaking and one side of the heart is dialated, however, it isn't any larger than it was last visit compared to how her heart has grown in size as it would normally. Continue to watch for signs of infection (unexplained fever) and see him in 1 year. The funniest part of the visit was Sadie Anne. Dr. McGovern was asking about her developmently. I was trying to explain what a funny personality that she has. Sadie looked straight up at him and said "Oh yeh, I am hilarious". I lost it....and so did Dr. McGovern. He laughed so hard. As he was leaving, he had barely crossed the threshold of the door and Sadie said "Mama, he is so cute". :) 2. We have had another death in our family. Sadie's fish, LuLu, has now died. We found him last night and Carleigh made the discovery. Sadie took it much better this time than last week. Needless to say, we will be fish free for a while. 3. Looking forward to a warm weather weekend and we hope to enjoy every second of it! Happy Easter to all!
