One of our PROUDEST MOMENTS.....

Apart from Carleigh accepting the Lord, the compliments that we have received about our girls over the last 2 days have been one of the proudest moments thus far in parenting. The girls were at our friends, Kim and Dave's, for a birthday party for their now 5 year old. We were both at work, but felt comfortable to send them alone. Kim and Dave both raved at how well behaved they were and what good manners they used, without any prompting from Mom and Dad. They talked about how they picked up after themselves and were respectful of their stuff. We were beaming and so full with pride and then I got an email from another Mom that was at the party. See below....Julie is the Mom of 7 kids and I think she would like to have Carleigh. They are not available for sale, but are available on loan. :) "Subject: Your Daughters! I love them! I met them at Kim's today and what little sweeties they are. Carleigh is so mature and helpful. I told her I was taking her home with me. I just wanted you to know what a pleasure they were." Thank you to all family and friends who have had a hand in the nuturing and rearing of Neil and I and our girls. It is working!
